Yes. The Malibu PDL is a recreational pedal kayak with
several features that also make it useful for fishing.
The kayak includes three flush-mount rod holders, two
behind the seat and one forward-facing, plus accessory

The biggest difference on the water is pedal propulsion.
Instead of putting the rod down every time you need to

What Happens in Shallow Water?
A pedal drive extends below the bottom of the kayak, so
you need to treat very shallow water differently from
deeper paddling water.
Use the Pedals in Adequate Depth
The pedal drive needs water underneath the kayak to
operate without contacting the bottom.
Lift the Drive When Needed
When approaching very shallow water, lift or remove
the pedal drive as appropriate instead of forcing it
into the bottom.
Use the Included Paddle
A paddle comes with the rental so you still have a
simple way to move through shallow sections or maneuver
when pedal use is not appropriate.
